Mr. Ajay Kumar Kansal, Advocate for respondent No.9. AMIT RAWAL, J (ORAL) As per office report, although the costs of Rs.3000/- has been deposited but neither correct addresses of respondent Nos.1,2 & 10 have been furnished nor application for impleading the LRs of respondent Nos.5,7,11 & 13 has been filed.

On 21.11.2016, the following order was passed by this Court: " Mr. Ajay Kansal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 9 and seeks time to file power of attorney. The same be filed with the Registry within three weeks. As per office report, appellants have not complied with order dated 13.07.2016.

Learned counsel for appellants requests for adjournment, which is allowed subject to deposit of Rs.3000/- as costs with the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court within two weeks and on deposit of costs, correct addresses of respondents no. 1, 2 and 10 and application for impleading legal heirs of respondents no. 5, 7, 11 and 13 be accepted by the Registry. List on 30.03.2017."

RSA No.4008 of 2010 (O&M) #2# At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellants prays for more time stating that the arguing counsel is not available.

For non-compliance of order dated 21.11.2016, present appeal is dismissed under Order 9 Rule 2 CPC.
