**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.0083 dated 13.06.2022 under Sections 323, 325, 148, 149 IPC (Section 308 IPC added and thereafter Section 308 IPC deleted and Section 307 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Batala, Police District Batala District Gurdaspur. Mr. Inderpal Singh, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4 and has filed his Power of Attorney in Court, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition at this stage and seeks withdrawal of the same. Allowed as prayed for.
