The challenge is to the order passed by the learned Armed Forces Tribunal dated 29.03.2023.

The judgment passed by this Court on 14.01.2008 in CWP No.15400 of 2006 titled as Jai Narain Jakhar Vs. Union of India and others has been relied upon by the AFT while passing the impugned order. Since the law has been settled by this Court, we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 29.03.2023 passed by the AFT, which follows the judgment of this Court in Jai Narain Jakhar's case (supra).
