Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since been granted notional promotion by the respondents, which fact is conceded by learned State counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that though he had submitted representations to the respondents earlier, with regard to the remaining reliefs claimed by him in the writ petition, nevertheless he would submit a detailed representation to the respondents within one month from today.
Learned State counsel contends that on receipt of such representation from the petitioner, the same would be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
