(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No. 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the case FIR No. 79 dated 15.09.2021 registered under Sections 376-D, 506 IPC (Annexure P-1) at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar, to some other senior Police Officer of the rank of IPC, as the petitioner is not expecting fair and impartial investigation at the hands of present investigating officer; or in the alternative present the status report of the present FIR (Annexre P-1) conducted so far. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, has informed this Court that in the case FIR No. 79 dated 15.09.2021 registered under Sections 376-D, 506 IPC, challan has been presented against the accused Goldy on 29.07.2023, and against the accused Gurmej on 07.11.2023; and DIVYANSHI 2024.09.19 10:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-52585-2021 (O&M) - 2charges have been framed on 15.11.2023 and 06.08.2024 respectively; out of total 13 witnesses, none has been examined so far; and the next date fixed before the learned trial Court is 12.11.2024. It is submitted that the prosecutrix Rani has not come forward for recording her statement and as such, non-bailable warrants have been issued against her. In view of the facts as noticed above, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
