FAO-4127-2016 Learned counsel for the parties state that the appellant and respondent No.4-Insurance Company have since compromised the matter. As per the compromise, respondent No.4-Insurance Company shall pay an amount of Rs.70,000/- as full and final settlement, over and above the compensation awarded by the Tribunal vide award dated 29.01.2016. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise entered into between the appellant and respondent No.4Insurance Company.
