(ORAL) Counsel for the respondents states that the benefits for which the petitioner is entitled for as prayed in the present writ petition have already been released to him by counting his daily wage service as a qualifying service.
Counsel for the respondents further states that even the benefits upon revision has already been released to the petitioner and a sum of `2,16,087/- has already been deposited in his account on 22.06.2018.
As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing and today again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence, it can be safely presumed that the benefits for which the petitioner was entitled for have already been released to him.

CWP-7479-2017 -2In case, any benefit, for which the petitioner is entitled for, has not been released, he will be free to file a representation with the respondents to agitate the same and further, in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondents shall pass an appropriate order on the said claim within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation.
In view of the above, present writ petition stands disposed of, as having rendered infructuous.
