(ORAL) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.181, dated 12.08.2018, registered at Police Station Tripuri, District Patiala, under Sections 420, 465, 468 & 471 IPC (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 20.09.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.09.2022, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
