Mr. Deepak Balyan, Addl.A.G, Haryana RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to re-appoint him in place of respondent No. 3 as Peon in the office of respondent No. 2.

On notice of the petition, a reply has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 taking a stand that the petitioner was appointed initially as Peon for a perriod of six months in the year 2013. Thereafter, his contract was extended from time to time. But keeping in view his conduct, his contract was not extended thereafter.

Learned State counsel on instructions stated that the petitioner has not been replaced by another set of contractual employee till date. In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

Disposed of.
