RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.119, dated 29.05.2024, under Sections 341, 365 and 34 IPC (Sections 323, 506 and 120-B IPC were added later on during investigation) registered at Police Station Rampura, District Rewari, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has surrendered and hence the same may be dismissed as such.
