**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J In the present case, a complaint has been sent by petitioner Randhir Singh through e-mail addressed to the Hon'ble Chief Justice. Notice of motion was issued on 2.9.2019.

Short reply by way of affidavit of Satpal Sharma, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Sangrur has been filed which is taken on record. In reply, it has been averred that during enquiry conducted by SHO, P.S. City Sangrur, it stood established that Head Constable Dilagh Singh had demanded and accepted illegal gratification from Madan Lal and on the recommendation of SHO, FIR No. 125 dated 23.8.2019 under Section 7.13(2) of P.C. Act, 1988 was registered against Head Constable Dilbagh Singh. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ashwani Kumar, submits that HC Dilagh Singh on bail.

In view of the above, no directions are required to be given. The petition stands disposed of.
