(ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner-firm is that respondent No.7union is extending threats to the petitioner of dire consequences if the transportation of saplings of eucalyptus is not done through their union and on various occasions, the drivers of the petitioner-firm were attacked, stopped and money was extracted from them.

In this regard, a representation dated 26.08.2016 (Annexure P2) was submitted to respondent No.1 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if an appropriate action is taken on the representation dated 26.08.2016 (Annexure P-2) by respondent No.1 within a time bound manner. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.1 to consider the representation made by the petitioner vide Annexure P-2 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If the claim of the petitioner is found justified, the respondent No.1 shall give appropriate direction to provide security to the petitioner in accordance with PANKAJ KUMAR 2017.01.19 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
