Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.0021 dated 31.01.2020, under Sections 302, 295 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, read with Sections 25, 27 and 30 of the Arms Act, 1959, (Sections 297 and 201 read with Section 34 IPC were added and Sections 149 and 295 IPC were deleted later on) registered at Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy before the authority concerned.
