(Oral) The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer by way of writ of certiorari for setting aside letter dated 21.1.2019 (Annexure P/7) and 1.5.2017 (Annexure P/9) and for quashing letter dated 17.8.2021 (Annexure P/10) regarding stoppage of dearness relief and for issuance of directions to the respondents to not to deduct pension from the pay of the petitioner and also for staying recovery of the same and to decide the legal notice dated 10.10.2021, Annexure P-15.

Upon hearing learned counsel of both the sides and on perusal of the records, the present petition stands disposed off with the directions to the respondents to consider the legal notice dated 10.10.2021, Annexure P-15, as representation and decide the same, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
