(ORAL) It is stated that the appeal is still pending before the Appellate Authority and meanwhile, his objections before the Executing Court have been dismissed and the decree has been ordered to be executed. Taking into account the facts and circumstances, the present revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority where the appeal is stated to be pending alongwith the application to decide the application of stay, if any pending, on or before the next date of hearing.
