Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time and realizing that the Board of Directors is yet to take a decision as to whether a particular employee is required to be re-employed for the current crushing season in the Sugar Mill or not, pray for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one after the Board takes a decision.
