CRM-M-36843-2019 The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.84 dated 10.04.2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21 & 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur. Heard.

Petitioner was allowed interim bail as the report of Forensic Science Laboratory was not received and he was suffering from some ailment. Interim bail has been cancelled by the trial Court. The petitioner can now surrender before the trial Court and seek regular bail in this case.
