(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Sarabjit Singh @ Sabba, in case FIR No. 0049 dated 04.08.2019 under Section 61 of the Excise Act, 1914, Police Station Sadar, Pathankot. On instructions from HC Rattan Lal, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 03.09.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
