This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 23.01.2025 passed in CWP-12498-2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that entire retiral benefits have since been released. He, however, states that liberty was given by the Writ Court to agitate the issue regarding interest separately. In view thereof, he does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, reserves his right to agitate the issue qua interest in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid. Rule stands discharged.
