AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of partition, revision petition, i.e., ROR of 2017 titled as "Rajinder Singh vs. Harjinder Singh and others" along with an application for stay has been filed but the same has been simply adjourned for 10.05.2017 by the Financial Commissioner, Appeals-II, Chandigarh, in essence, owing to prayer for interim stay being declined, there is no criteria for adjourning the matter as the same should be heard.

In view of the aforementioned fact, without issuing notice of motion, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the matter with a direction to the Financial Commissioner to decide the pending ROR of 2017 along with an application for stay within a period of three days for the purpose of granting ex-parte stay from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
