(ORAL) By way of this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner prays for directing the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram, for expeditious disposal of the petition bearing HMA-885-2022 titled Dinesh Garg Vs. Parul Mittal. 2.

By drawing attention towards various zimini orders passed by the trial Court, learned counsel contends that petitioner had appeared along with his affidavit on 17.11.2023 and thereafter appearing on each and every date of hearing, but the cross-examination of the petitioner is not being conducted at the request of the respondent for one or the other reason.

Learned counsel submits that respondent is making all possible efforts so as to delay the proceedings. 4.
