After addressing for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 2.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 3.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that while issuing notice of motion on 13.08.2024, this Court had directed that operation of the impugned order dated 18.04.2024, passed by respondent No. 5, shall remain stayed. He has requested that interim protection may be continued for a reasonable period in order to avail the remedy.
