M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) The insurance claim of the petitioner under Rajiv Gandhi Pariwar Bima Yojana, has not been decided.

Petitioner claims that her husband Sukhbir had died in a road accident, as such, she is entitled for compensation. Copy of the application submitted before the Sub Divisional Officer under Rajiv Gandhi Pariwar Bima Yojana, has been appended with the petition as Annexure P2.

Notice to the Advocate General, Haryana.

On asking of the Court, notice has been accepted by Mr.Vishal Kashyap, AAG, Haryana.

Three sets of paper book be handed over to the State counsel during the course of the day.
