Present second petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') in case FIR No.150 dated 11.11.2024, under 420 and 120-B of IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act, registered at Police Station Dugri, Ludhiana seeking direction to SHO/Arresting Officer to not to arrest the petitioner or in the event of her arrest, she be released on bail during the pendency of the case.
