CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI

Present:

Mr. Ravinder Malik (Ravi), Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G Haryana Mr. S.K. Nehra, Advocate for respondents No. 4, 5, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23 to 25, 27, 29, 30, 32 to 39, 41, 43 to 46, 49 to 65, 67, 68, 70 to 74, 76, 78, 79 and 82 to 85.

**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 28.12.2017 (P-3) to the extent of promotion of the private respondent Nos. 3 to 88 working on the post of Ticket Verifiers to the post of Assistant/Accountant/Junior Auditor.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent has referred to CWP No. 21094-2017 wherein the challenge was to the seniority list on the ground that Ticket Verifiers in the respondent-Haryana Roadways, have been wrongly included in the said list as they are not members of the cadre to which the petitioners belong i.e Clerk/Steno-Typists in the said Roadways. The writ petition was dismissed on 16.11.2017 by interpreting Rules and Regulation. No LPA has been filed against the above judgment/order dated 16.11.2017. While dismissing the writ petition, it was observed that vide notification dated Gaurav Arora 2019.04.11 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 493-2018 09.10.1997, the respondents had included the post of Ticket Verifiers in the seniority list of ministerial staff and thus there would be no reason to deny the ticket verifiers and others on the post of Assistant/Accountant/Junior Auditor. In view of the above factual position, the present writ petition is dismissed, being devoid of any merit.
