Seeking quashing of impugned order dated 19.10.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur vide which the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of total amount of compensation in a complaint under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1938, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 528 BNSS.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the matter has been compromised between the parties. 3.
