(ORAL) The petitioners herein have sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.434 dated 25.10.2021 registered at Police Station City Mohindergarh, District Mohindergarh, under Sections 323, 325 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from HC Amit Kumar, from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 11.11.2021, as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in this petition, the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature. learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioners named Virender Singh, Sumitra and Vikram by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 11.11.2021, is hereby made absolute.
