This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the nature of Mandamus with a prayer for issuing direction to official respondents no.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner, which is in danger at the hands of private respondents no.4 and 5, on the basis of legal representation dated 25.08.2022 by the petitioner (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail alternative remedies available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
