Given above, he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one after mentioning his complete particulars. Prayer being innocuous is accepted.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, it is clarified that since there is no adjudication on merits, this order shall not create any bar while considering the second anticipatory bail petition. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
