Reply filed on behalf of the State would reveal that the petitioner was called after respondent No.7 preferred complaint against her. However, as of now the positive stand taken by the State reads as under : "4.

That on the basis of the said facts, the deponent had closed the enquiry. Now neither any enquiry is pending in the office of answering respondents nor petitioner is required by the answering respondents in connection with any enquiry or investigation." In view of above, nothing survives for adjudication at the hands of this Court in the present petition.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
