After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the nature of dispute and in order to give more time to respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner, so as to avoid unnecessary litigation, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 2.10.2021 (Annexure P-13) submitted by the petitioner, as per law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject and if some action in the matter is warranted, then the needful be done in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
