NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this first petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 343 dated 04.09.2020 registered under Section 346 IPC (Sections 342, 363, 366 and 376(2)(n) IPC at Police Station Kalanaur, District Rohtak. At the outset, on instructions from ASI Neelam, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has already been convicted by the trial Court on 16.08.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above fact.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
