Mr. Rajesh Kumar Girdhar, counsel for the petitioner, has made a reference to speaking order dated 11.09.2025, passed by respondents, in compliance of direction passed by this Court. Counsel submits that respondents have assessed an amount of Rs.7,43,332/- and Rs.10,60,992/-, as due to petitioner for two works executed by him. He submits that some deductions are to be made from this amount before it is to be disbursed to petitioners, besides conducting a third party audit.

Upon instructions from Mr. Ishan Goel, Superintending Engineer, Punjab Health System Corporation, Mr. Deepanshu Mehta, counsel for the respondents states that amount due to petitioner shall be released within a period of two months.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Girdhar, counsel for the petitioner, is satisfied with the statement made by counsel for the respondents. 4.
