(Oral) The petitioner challenges the resolution dated 27.03.2017 (Annexure P-12) whereby, the Gram Panchayat removed the petitioner from the post of the Tubewell Operator and invited fresh applications from eligible candidates since the petitioner did not possess the educational qualification as prescribed by the Public Health Department. After arguing for some time, counsel does not press the present writ petition and wishes to avail his alternative remedies, if any. Ordered accordingly.
