In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, the petitioner moves an application before the Court of Sessions seeking grant of anticipatory bail, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously while noticing all such pleas as may be raised on behalf of the petitioner.
