Through this writ petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari. However, the learned counsel representing the petitioner admits that no order adverse to the interest of the petitioner has been passed.

The petitioner further prays for a direction to the respondent No. 3 to change the Inquiry Officer who has been nominated to inquire into his complaint with regard to the misuse of the panchayat funds. The petitioner has made allegations against the Ex-Sarpanch who has not been impleaded as a party-respondent in the petition.
