This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to appointment as Sports and School Special Assistant as she is similarly situated to persons appointed vide orders attached as Annexures P5 to P11. It is further submitted that representation dated 15.11.2020 (Annexure P-4) was submitted by the petitioner, but it is not being considered by the authorities.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for a decision on representation dated 15.11.2020 (Annexure P-4), in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, but without any expression of opinion on the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide representation dated 15.11.2020 (Annexure P-4), within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
