**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that the name of present petitioner was recommended for appointed as Lecturer in Education (Teaching of Commerce) by duly selected committee, pursuant to advertisement dated 14.01.2014. The recommendation was approved by the Vice Chancellor of the Selection Committee. The petitioner was then issued appointment letter by respondent No. 3 on 08.08.2014(P-6). The petitioner was then relieved from the college of respondent No. 5 and joined the college of respondent No. 3, vide joining letter dated 16.08.2014 (P-9). Subsequently, vide letter dated 17.03.

2015(P-11), a letter was written by Dean, Dean College Development Council, MDU Rohtak stating therein that the matter regarding the approval of appointment of the petitioner was considered and the same was not acceded to because she does not fulfill the requisite qualification laid down by NCTE/MDU. Learned counsel has admitted this fact that respondent No. 4 is private aided college affiliated to MDU and the petitioner for her grievance can approach the Education Tribunal. The petitioner has approached this Court after a delay of 03 years.
