Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is regarding grievance of petitioner, namely Jasvir Kaur to transfer the inquiry proceedings and decide her representation dated 23.08.2019 (Annexure P7). The background of petition is that civil litigation is going on between the parties and right now appeal is pending before the learned District Judge, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that despite issuance of injunction order in favour of the petitioner, respondents No. 4 to 7 are threatening her to withdraw the civil litigation and police i.e. respondent No.3 being the Investigating Officer is helping the other side. For that purpose, petitioner has moved representation dated 23.08.2019 (Annexure P7) to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, but till date no action has been taken thereon.
