Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that in compliance of order dated 19.12.2025 passed by the Coordinate Division Bench of this Court in CWP-37688-2025, the Deputy Commissioner has passed a detailed order dated 30.03.2026 and has rejected the case of the petitioner for purchase of the property. A copy of the said order has been handed over to this Court during the course of arguments which is taken on record and marked as Mark "A" and a copy of the same has also been given to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 30.03.2026, in accordance with law.

Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
