Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.44 dated 02.07.2023 registered under Sections 21(b) and 27(a) of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Behrampur, District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel submits that challan has not yet been presented and the petitioner is in custody for last 1 month and 22 days and is involved one more case under the NDPS Act. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
