*** NIDHI GUPTA, J (Oral) Vide order dated 22.10.2019, present appeal was dismissed for non prosecution. Thereafter, in order dated 14.11.2019, this Court observed that though "No ground is made out for restoration of the appeal. However, in the interest of justice, order dated 22.10.2019 is recalled and appeal is restored to its original number subject to costs of Rs.3000/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Committee."

Thereafter in order dated 29.09.2022, this Court again recorded that costs of Rs.3000/- in compliance with order dated 14.11.2019, had not been deposited. Further, as no one appeared on behalf of the appellant, Registry was directed to inform learned counsel for the appellant. Today, office report shows that learned counsel for the appellant has been duly informed through e-mail. Despite that there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Clearly, appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
