*** gh Nagpal, J.(Oral) The petition under Section 52 8 of BNSS has been filed for r directing off ficial respondent No.2 to sum mmon the record pertaining to o complaints m moved by petitioner No.1 again nst the private respondents, take e appropriate action thereon and to provid de timely police help to the e petitioners fo or harvesting their crops.

Learned counsel for the petition ners submits that petitioners and d respondents No.6 and 7 were co-sharers in agricultural land situated in the e revenue esta ate of Village Khraintee Teh hsil Julana, District Jind. An n application fo for partition of land was pending before Assistant Collector, IInd d Grade, Julan a. Respondents No.6 and 7 had been illegally encroaching upon n the fields, ow wned and possessed by the peti itioners and committing theft of f the sown cr rops by harvesting it. In this regard, petitioner No.1 moved d complaints o on 15.05.2025, 27.10.2025 and 21.11.2025 but no action was s taken by the police. Another complaint dated d 14.04.2026 was made at 11:26 e KAPIL 2026.07.03 19:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PM by one S Suresh Kumar, petitioners' lesse ee, yet no action was taken. The

Mr. Vikas Bhardwaj, AAG, Ha aryana, accepts notice on behalf f of official re espondents. He, on instruction ns from ASI Lakhwinder Singh h submits that t complaints moved by the pe etitioners were received by the e police. There eupon, statements of the parties s were recorded. Inquiry in the e complaints w was completed on 12.06.2025. N No offence was made out as the e dispute was within the family, therefore, the complaints were filed on n 12.06.2025.

Petitioners and respondents N No.6 and 7 are close relatives.

Respondent No.6 is the daughter-in-law of petitioner No.1 and respondent t No.7 is her g grandson. Petitioners and respond dents No.6 and 7 are concededly y co-sharers in n joint holding and partition pro ceedings are pending in respect t of the joint l and. The dispute involved is civ vil in nature. Disputed questions s of fact, rega arding possession of petitioners on the disputed land and their r right to harve est the crop in joint land cannot b be gone into in the writ petition.

As such, ther re is no ground to issue any direc ctions to the respondents.
