(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the official respondents especially respondent No. 2 to take appropriate action, in accordance with law, on the application dated 29.07.2022 (Annexure P-1), as after receiving the above said application, till date no action has been taken on the same, despite the fact that perusal of the same prima facie shows that cognizable offence has been committed by respondent No. 4.

Reply dated 15.11.2022, by way of affidavit of Sh. Sukhbir Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib District Fatehgarh Sahib, on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3, has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record.

In para 11 of the said reply, it has been averred that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2021 (Annexure P-1) has RISHU KATARIA 2022.11.17 10:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-43334-2022 -2already been decided and his grievance stands redressed. In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the instant petition as the grievance of the petitioner has been fully redressed.
