The present application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for placing on record Annexure P-3.

Application is allowed as prayed for. Annexure P-3 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions CRWP-8210-2023 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner is under constant threat from the private respondents and is being threatened and pressurized to succumb to the divorce proceedings initiated by the respondent-husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that although PARUL 2024.01.16 17:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document a compromise had been effected but the amount of Rs. 2,80,000/- for which

2024:PHHC:000904 CRWP-8210-2023 (O&M) -2a cheque had been given to the petitioner was also dishonoured and admittedly she has not taken any recourse qua the dishonouring of the cheque.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Apparently, there is no threat to the life and liberty of the petitioner and is only a pressure tactic to be exerted upon the respondents. 5.

Nonetheless, in light of the fact that the parties had earlier also entered into a compromise, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to call the petitioner and respondent No. 4 and ensure that peace and harmony is maintained and no untoward incident takes place and also try for exploring an amicable solution between the parties.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioner, in case, she is found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
