At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, which is sought to be transferred, has since been withdrawn by the respondent, before learned Trial Court, copy of the order has been supplied by the counsel, which is taken on record.

In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
