Learned Senior counsel submits that the petitioners are seeking benefit under the Old Pension Scheme, which is covered by the judgment in Rajesh Kumar and Others vs. Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, CWP10065-2026, decided on 06.04.2026, Annexure P-10 and they have orally informed that their representations have been filed with no reply given to them and now they will submit fresh representation/s, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

At the asking of Court, Mr. Udit Garg, Addl. AG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioners submit representation/s within a period of 4 weeks, the same MOHIT 2026.07.03 15:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-19705-2026 (O&M) -2shall be considered and decided, within a further period of 6 months, by passing a speaking order, taking note of judgment referred to hereinabove, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
