*** Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of present petition, the petitioner has come to know that not only the challan against all the accused has been presented but, even the charges have also been framed and, therefore, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail an appropriate remedy for the redressal of his grievance by filing a revision petition with regard to the framing of charges, which according to the petitioner, are not under the relevant provisions of IPC.

Ordered accordingly.
