RAJESH BHARDWAJ , J.(ORAL) CRM-48935-2024 The present application is for placing on record the affidavit dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure P-3) of the complainant. Keeping in view the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. Annexure P-3 is taken on record. CRM-M-39447-2024 Supplementary status report by way of affidavit of Dinesh Kumar, HPS, Deputy Suprintendent of Polie, Kaniana, District Mahendergarh filed on behalf of the State in Court today, is taken on record. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was initially lodged for the offences under Sections 323, 325 and 506 IPC but lateron Section 302 IPC was added. He also submits that the petitioner was not present at the time of occurrence.

CRM-48935-2024 in/and CRM-M-39447-2024(O&M) Learned State counsel on instructions from Sub Inspector Hari Parkash, who is present in Court, has affirmed the fact that interim protection was granted to the petitioner on 14.08.2024 with a direction to join the investigation. He also affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 14.08.2024 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
