**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of detenue, namely, Gurpreet Singh-husband of the petitioner from the illegal custody of respondent No. 3.

I have gone through the report of the Warrant Officer dated 5.9.2019. It has been mentioned in the report that detenue Gurpreet Singh has been arrested under Section 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and FIR No. 285 dated 31.8.2019 has been registered against him.

In view of the above, no further action is required. The petition is disposed of.
